Adult coloring books I think of are one the greatest inventions of this century and I love the little intricacies in the designs around the Psalms in this book and it reinforces the Bible verse while coloring. When you color in the design your have the power/decision to choose the color or medium you want to use and color in the spaces. While there are endless interpretations, in the end, as long as you stay inside the lines you are going to end up with a picture that is frame-worthy if you chose to do so.As there are many small details, it is geared to adults or older children with the patience to fill in the small spaces and it might be too frustrating for young children or people who are more "big picture" types and low on patience. If you see that happening with a coloring book they are using, sometime recommending just using one or two colors and don't worry about the details can get them back into a more stress-free mode.
